Please be aware due to different wood grains items may look slightly different to the picture.
You will have the opportunity to view your cart to review your order.
When you are ready to checkout, payment will be made by:
a) credit or debit card through Worldpay or Paypal or
b) a PayPal account balance
A PayPal account is not needed, guest check out is available.
Please note that customers outside mainland UK should contact us to discuss payment and delivery options.
Confirming your order
Once you have made your order through our website, you will be sent an E-mail confirming your order.
Your right to cancel
Please note that when ordering items from the internet you are entering a legally binding contract. We hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchases, however you do have the right to cancel your order at any point up to 14 working days from the day of receipt of your goods. Please notify us in writing (e-mail is fine) of your wish to cancel your order. In the case of cancellation within the stated period a full refund will be made, including original postage and packaging costs. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Please note that we cannot allow a refund or replacement in the case of items made to your specification, personalised items or individually painted artwork items where work has already commenced or materials ordered.
Returning goods following cancellation
Please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging. Returns are at the customer's cost. If goods are not returned, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of their direct return to us.
We aim to provide a first-rate service to the customer. We enjoy making and supplying our beautiful handcrafted wooden gifts. If you experience any problems regarding our products, website or service, please do not hesitate to contact us as every effort will always be made to reach a happy conclusion.
