Delivery Information

Free delivery is for standard Royal Mail second class delivery.

Smaller items for example keyrings, coasters etc we aim to dispatch within 3 working days.

Items that require personalisation we aim to dispatch within 5-7 working days depending on the product.

Larger items or products that require painting and drying time will aim to be dispatched within 7-10 days, but we will keep you informed. Please see the information on larger items, for example our Personalised Toy Boxes, as these have an estimated time frame.

Postage and packaging prices quoted apply to UK mainland only - please check with us for prices to other destinations. 

Heavier items may be sent by Courier and in this case after the order has been dispatched please allow up to a week for delivery.

'Made to order' items have individual time scales. If you have any questions please contact us. Please let us know if you have an early deadline as we can usually accommodate this if we know in advance before purchase.

At checkout if the "signed for" option is chosen you will receive the tracking information when your order is dispatched.

We don't currently post outside of mainland UK due to costs. If you are not in mainland UK and would like a postage price we would be happy to give you a quote.
